There were many comments on the Origami list about monkey models for the New Lunar Year of the Monkey. I have always loved the look of squirrel monkeys with their long tails. I decided to make one. This model was folded from 10" American foil. This model's production key was that the tail be long and that the monkey have fingers to grip a branch as monkeys usually do. Box-pleating allowed for both. The paper is divided into 32nds.
